Vertical Loopers

The Vertical Looper, commonly known as a Snap Shear, is a mechanical device used to maintain a precise loop between consecutive continuous mill stands, ensuring tension free rolling of hot TMT rebars. It features fabricated steel construction, roll sets driven by pneumatic cylinders, backup rolls, and loop grooves for accurate loop formation.

Central pole mounting allows easy adjustment of mill guides and guards, while freely rotating guide rollers on the entry and delivery sides ensure smooth bar guidance. All rollers operate on sealed antifriction bearings to prevent water and scale ingress, providing reliable and efficient performance.
