Product Description

Constructed from premium stainless steel with high strength teeth, the Hot Saw efficiently cuts rolled sections to desired lengths and trims front and rear ends with precision. The system includes a Fixed Saw positioned before the cooling bed for front end cuts and one or more Traveling Saws adjustable along the rolling axis for intermediate cuts. Sections are securely held on the run out roller table, with blades plunging at right angles to ensure accurate and straight cuts.

The sliding type design allows heavier sections to be cut with superior straightness compared to pendulum type saws. The system handles section sizes from 160 to 600 mm for Beams, Channels, and Angles and 40 to 250 mm for Squares and Racks.
